Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe in the future of Bitcoin as an open monetary network and would like to own the underlying asset BTC in my retirement account. By not allowing a Spot ETF you are making this unnecessarily difficult and expensive. Please consider approving the Grayscale conversion to Spot ETF. Sincerely, Brad Suddath Tampa, Florida, USA
