As an Individual investor who invests in GBTC in brokerage accounts, I am troubled about the delayed approval of spot bitcoin ETF. GBTC currently is trading at a huge discount to NAV which hurts the investments of hard-working people. European and Canadian bitcoin ETFs exist. US futures bitcoin ETFs were launched not long ago. Denying American investors spot Bitcoin ETF pushes people towards riskier investment schemes and into European and Canadian bitcoin ETFs. I hope that reason will prevail and you will approve the Grayscale application to convert GBTC to spot Bitcoin ETF, without further delay. Bob Kulik KULIK LAW FIRM, PA
