The SEC is failing to protect investors by ignoring the growing premium gap between GBTC and BTC. Wall Street manipulated the arbitrage trade for years and left GBTC as a dumpster fire for retail investors wanting to invest in BTC through a regulated product. GBTC has the largest investment in Bitcoin over all other investment vehicles on the NYSE and is the prime candidate for a SPOT BTC ETF.
