Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The SEC Chairman clearly knows that Bitcoin is not a security, as I watched his video series on Blockchain at MIT. The rest of crypto are unregistered securities, so focus and regulate them. Please approve a spot Bitcoin ETF, as we have fallen behind other countries as you are aware. Sincerely, CA Danner
