Dear SEC I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust GBTC currently the world’s largest Bitcoin CEF to an ETF. This fund has existed for over a decade and this conversion would help lower expenses for investors as well as help investors recoup losses due to the deep dicount( currently 30%). Investors deserve a way to invest in this asset class that is obviously growing at a very fast pace. An ETF would be better than investors needing to open a crypto account which more people have fallen part to scams and lost assets. Thank you
