Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. By not approving the spot ETF you're hurting general investors more because they buy the futures contracts not realizing it'll cost them about 20% per year in fees. Convert GBTC to an ETF.
