Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Currently, the only bitcoin ETF available is a futures ETF which puts investors at risk. Other leading global financial hubs have already approved spot ETFs as well — it’s time for the US to lead and approve Grayscale’s spot ETF. Sincerely, Tamir Samman --
