Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I firmly believe a spot Bitcoin ETF will help investors, to hold Bitcoin in a more trustworthy way compared to the current way of having to trust cryptocurrency exchanges that have been hacked or been fraudulent in the past.
