To Whom It May Concern: I'm writing to ask that you support the approval of GBTC as a spot Bitcoin ETF. The US has fallen behind other countries in this regard, and not having an ETF directly hurts US investors, who pay higher fees while sacrificing gains due to the steep discount of GBTC to spot price. This discount is a direct result of the SEC not approving an ETF. The volatility argument lacks merit, as the volatility of Bitcoin is less than other investments that have been previously approved and are currently traded, and it is acceptable to Bitcoin investors. Investors in the United States deserve the same right to invest in a Bitcoin ETF, and the benefits ETFs offer. Sincerely, Darin
