Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am resident in Florida. And I have been long time investor of GBTC. I am very upset about the discount of the GBTC TO spot Bitcoin price. Please approve GBTC To become spot bitcoin etf.
