Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe Grayscale has committed to the industry as a whole and of any standard fund is the most viable for the first Spot Bitcoin ETF. They are responsible with their investments and would provide a safe entry point for crypto to millions of less experienced investors. I reside in New York State and strongly support this movement.
