Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a US citizen currently residing abroad, and I am carefully following the progress of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust's application to become an ETF because I believe that the USA needs to lead the way in facilitating regulated retail investment vehicles for cryptocurrencies. The retail demand for these products is clear and if the SEC does not find a way to give investors what they want within the proper regulatory framework then other countries will find a way first.
