Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. If you approve the physical ETF it will stop they volatility in bitcoin. We know BTC is not going anywhere and an ETF is the next logical step. Sincerely, Thomas G Childs
