Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of California located in San Francisco and citizen of the United States, I regard forward-thinking monetary policy on Bitcoin to be a matter of our country's economic healthy and national security.
