Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a small investor and believe that an ETF allows safer and less expensive investment in Bitcoin. The Bitcoin market is becoming more main stream and an ETF is a more familiar way to make investments. I am from Delaware and invest in the greyscale Bitcoin trust. Sincerely, Bradley mackler
