Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I was holding GBTC and had to exit my position and learn how to hold actual BTC with all the risks of private keys and their management because GBTC was not accurately tracking the progress of Bitcoin. Please approve this ETF so less savvy people can get in on a sound investment that is inflation proof. Sincerely, -- Doug Higby
