Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I would like to purchase a bitcoin ETF that holds the actual asset without the risk of self storing bitcoin myself & avoiding the regulatory tax compliance issues. However, I do not want to purchase the derivative product as I do not feel they are the least bit necessary for a digital asset. There is no reason for this delay. Sincerely, Lou Palumbo
