Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Hawaii. Investors in this state are strongly in favor of transparency, equity, and fair pricing of their assets. The only way to achieve that with the largest and most popular bitcoin trading vehicle is through a SPOT bitcoin ETF. Grayscales bitcoin product is the most widely invested bitcoin trust within American 401K's. Your fellow citizens will have a more fairly priced asset in their retirement account if Grayscale is allowed to convert their bitcoin trust into a Spot ETF. Thank you, Sincerely, Daniel Clark
