Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am in California. With rising inflation and with everything going on across the world. I would like to be able to invest some of my portfolio into a Bitcoin ETF. Please, I have served in the military when I was younger and now that I am older, I just want to be able to have more choices in investment vehicles.
