Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently reside in California. This is important to me because I do want exposure to a pure Bitcoin ETF to balance at my retirement portfolio (volitility is fine, because I have decades until retirement!) and have the opportunity to hedge against the stock market and US dollar, not to mention have exposure to an incredible growth asset. The current system forces me to invest outside of a 1:1 value, which does not protect my interests at all. Please convert this into the first spot ETF. Sincerely, Michael McGinley
