Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The positive effects of GBTC being allowed to become an ETF would have massively positive impacts on holders like me. Not only would the premium/discount disappear but it would also allow Grayscale to lower the fee on this product making it more economical for all long term holders. If Grayscale has shown excellence and integrity with how they have ran their funds then please support the conversion of GBTC. Sincerely, Aaron Kruger
