Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor, I don't feel as if I am being protected by the SEC. Not allowing GBTC to convert to a spot ETF is harming thousands of investors. Other countries have approved spot Bitcoin ETF and it is about time the US does too. Sincerely, Andrea Skinner
