Dear SEC, <BR><BR>I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Since you’ve already approved an ETF for bitcoin futures I can’t imagine why you would not approve one for a fund that actually holds the bitcoin. Sincerely, Ann Finn, Olympia Washington
