Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that approval of this Bitcoin etf would allow regular investors like myself an early opportunity to hold an asset for the best return in the future. As well many countries already have proven that their Bitcoin etf to be safe and effective.
