Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of the State of Ohio, am a high net worth investor, employed and participating in an employer funded retirement program to which I contribute the current maximum amount of $26,500.
