Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of Florida and believe that the US can be at the forefront of technology and finance. If the ETF is disallowed it will mean that myself and others will invest in other countries such as Canada that allow Bitcoin ETFs. Sincerely, David de Souza
