Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an individual investor / entrepreneur who is particularly familiar with cutting edge transformative high tech and innovative technologies, I prefer a spot ETF vs. a futures based ETF. A spot ETF would effectively eliminate wild premium / discounts swings and contango issues associated with the current limited options BITO and GBTC. Sincerely, Dave Young
