As a small, but experienced retail level investor moving into retirement, I need to have a Bitcoin investment vehicle which can be placed into my tax protected accounts which accurately reflects the spot value of the underlying Bitcoin. I urge you in the strongest possible terms to approve the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to a spot ETF. In this severely inflationary environment, US Citizens need access to GBTC as a spot ETF to try and hedge against the ravages being inflicted on our savings by the continuous devaluation of the dollar.
