Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We need an immediate Spot Bitcoin ETF now to have the best pricing possible between Bitcoin, GBTC and other products. We investors need sound money in our portfolios and links to it, we are being debased otherwise. We need the GBTC fund to become an ETF to get rid of any pricing disparities - you did that for BITO and other futures terrible ETF's, now do it for GBTC!
