Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an educated investor and I would like access to a spot BTC product to diversify my portfolio. The SEC's assertion that futures ETF products offer more or better investor protection is simply false. It is time to embrace reality, join others on the world stage, and approve this rule change.
