Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is essential to open investment opportunities to the average person who may not have the technical knowledge or capabilities that are required to invest in the crypto markets. Keeping spot ETFs of any assets out of the hands of the average investor and intentionally limiting access to certain asset classes is arbitrarily keeping the opportunities locked to only those with greater access and/or technological knowledge.
