Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin and crypto now have trillions in value, exchanged and traded around the world. The United States has been thoughtful and methodical but arguably slow to approve an ETF. As a nation we now risk falling behind as a leader in tech , finance, and innovation. It is time to approve an ETF so that the rest of the citizens of the United States may easily participate in this new financial instrument and system. Sincerely, Dierk Eckart
