Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have researched cryptocurrency extensively, and as thus have invested in the GBTC fund. It's discount to NAV varies tremendously. This unfair gap is a significant disadvantage particularly for small investors. The status quo argues largely against so called SEC protection and in fact ends up actively hurting the retail investors such as myself. With respect, I encourage to rectify this situation and approve the GBTC ETF. Sincerely, EGC
