Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please allow this conversion of GBTC to an ETF. The futures based ETFs already approved are riskier than just holding spot BTC in your retirement fund. It makes no sense that a spot ETF is not approved, but futures based ETFs are. Many other countries have approved spot ETFs, it is time for us to have them as well. Please don't let us be left behind. Grayscale has proven their ability to manage a BTC ETF safely. Thank You, Rick Blandford
