Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The US is risking losing its long held financial markets supremacy by lagging on crypto innovation. This feels like a nobrainer to allow GBTC to become a spot ETF. Sincerely, Peter
