Dear SEC, I am a resident of Minnesota. I write to you today because I want GBTC to convert to an ETF so as a retail investor I have a safe means of investing in Spot bitcoin. The ETF would more efficiently track the price of Bitcoin. I see other countries adopting this standard but I have not seen any U.S. action to assist the retail investor with this pursuit. I have access to invest in Futures bitcoin ETF but no means of investing in the physical spot bitcoin ETF. Please take action. Sincerely, Dylan Snater
