Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m from Florida, and I badly want a Bitcoin ETF. Dozens of other countries have them, so there’s no reason USA doesn’t have it too. Sincerely, Jon Rubenstein
