Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have had GBTC for a few years now as a Canadian investor, GBTC was the only option for Bitcoin investment and allowing them to convert into an ETF would really help investors like myself benefit from lower fees and help them company compete in the ETF space with the new Funds that have recently come out.
