Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is long past time to provide a greater level of regulatory certainty to this market, through this step. The US should be leading the way relative to other major markets to provide a spot-market priced ETF. Sincerely, James Newkirk
