Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Texas, which is rapidly becoming ground zero for Bitcoin mining and businesses. We definitely need a spot bitcoin product available in the US. Investors shouldn’t have to use a futures based product, simply because that is all that is available. Sincerely, Hunter
