Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Other countries have spot Bitcoin ETF’s, it’s beyond reason for the US to be left out of the physically backed Bitcoin ETF market. The only reason the SEC would have to prevent this is that they actively want to suppress the price of Bitcoin. Sincerely, Keith Sowell
