Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have watched the rich and famous be able to buy venture capital , accredited investor, and crypto products that I do not have access to. It is time to let the average American investor to try to get ahead. It is OUR money let us decide. Stop trying to protect us through regulations that just holds us back.
