Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to a Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm in Nebraska. I would like to be able to invest in an ETF that directly holds Bitcoin vs. what options are available to me now, and I want to be able to do this via normal 401k type investment through low-cost brokerages like Fidelity or Vanguard.
