Dear SEC - I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. U.S. investors need a spot ETF. Approving a derivatives Bitcoin ETF instead of a spot ETF does not protect investors - in my view it puts those investors at a disadvantage. I live in New York City.
