Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m watching how bitcoin and GBTC are manipulated, destroyed and constantly, systematically sabotaged. The sooner the GrayScale ETFs are approved, the sooner we can keep the crypto investments in the USA, rather than seeing US institutions invest abroad. We need regulations.
