The beauty of this country historically has been the freedom to choose. As an investor in BTC, I ask the SEC to strongly consider Grayscale's application, to be bold, and to give investors the freedom to invest, or not, in the spot BTF product. The US has the opportunity to be a leader and innovator in this space. The continued rejection of spot ETF applications will undermine this opportunity. Give the people the freedom to choose. In the same way that investors had the option to invest in some of our most successful companies at an early stage, regardless of extreme volatility, please give us the freedom to choose at our own risk.
