Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an investor in GBTC currently and would be thrilled with the opportunity to have a spot ETF instead. I am a resident of Florida. US Investors should have the choice to invest in a spot ETF for Bitcoin so they can enjoy more security around their investments in Bitcoin.
