I am a proud citizen of the United States and resident of North Carolina. We the people drive innovation. Delaying the approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF causes the United States to fall behind in this space and hurts American investors. Delays and denials from the SEC cause frustration and an atmosphere of distrust with the public. The people want a Bitcoin spot ETF. We will continue pushing on this matter until we get a positive outcome. The SEC can and does manipulate markets with their actions and their lack of action. I am already personally invested in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust.(GBTC) The SEC’s delays are having a negative impact on my investment and my future. I am holding firm on the ‘when not if’ stance for this approval. Delaying the inevitable just causes a lot of sleepless nights for thousands of investors. Approval is in the public's best interest. Bitcoin is an unstoppable force that investors want to access via a spot ETF. I urge you to approve Grayscale’s application for a Bitcoin spot ETF immediately. Thank you for your time.
