Dear SEC, My name is J Smilanic. I live in North Carolina. I'm writing to discuss why there hasn't been a Bitcoin Spot ETF approved yet. Why approve a futures Bitcoin ETF but not a spot ETF? The constant delays and rejections of Grayscale's Bitcoin Spot ETF are nonsensical. Can you explain why the spot ETFs continue to get rejected? American investors deserve better.
