Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. People are going to find a way to get access. This is a safe way where they don't have to pay excessive fees and worry about custody. The GBTC discount is only hurting retail accounts at this point.
